Father Damien Care Givers Retreat

You are invited to historic Durward's Glen for an inspirational weekend retreat for medical professionals and care givers. Fr. Isaac Relyea, founder of the Franciscan Friars of Our Lady of Good Success, Michael Kloess, M.D. of Our Lady of Hope Clinic and Shirley Kelter of HospiceCare Inc are teaming up to bring you a powerful and profound retreat centered on the life of St. Damien of Molokai.  The theme of this event is "A Life of Service to the Sick.". Registration begins at 5:00 PM on Friday, November 12 and the retreat ends Sunday, November 14 at 11:00 AM.

About our Guest Speakers

Fr. Isaac Relyea-- is a priest for the Diocese of Madison and is the founder of the Franciscan Friars of Our Lady of Good Success.   Fr. Isaac finally said "yes" to God, after many years of living in contradiction to Chirst's teachings, due to his Mother's prayer and a call from God to the priesthood.  He is known for his old fashion traditional Catholic retreats.

Michael Kloess, M.D.-- is the co-founder of Our Lady of Hope Clinic  on Odana Road in Madison.  He is board certified in family medicine and provides prinary care for men, women, and children.

Shirley Kelter is a chaplain at HospiceCare, Inc and a night chaplain at Merity Hospital, both in Madison.  She is also a spiritual director, retreqt leqder, educator, and ministry consultant and trainer for SpiritTending, a ministry she founded in 2002.  She has a masters degree in Pastoral Ministry from Loyola University.
