Durward's Glen is open to the public.

While the buildings are reserved only for the use of lodgers and retreatants,
the grounds offer hiking trails, picnic areas, and devotional sites for anyone to enjoy.

April-October: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
November-March 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

On your visit, please observe the Glen's quiet atmosphere. 

Directions to the Glen

From I-90/94: Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago IL, La Crosse, Eau Claire, St. Paul MN 
Only 8 miles off the Interstate, from Exit 108A off of I-90/94. Take 78 South 7 miles. At Durward's Glen Road, turn right (at a wooden sign). Go 1 mile to McLeisch Road and turn left (at another wooden sign). Enter Durward's Glen at the bottom of the hill on the right. 

From Hwy 12 out of Sauk City
Take 78 North off of Hwy 12. Travel 78 through Merrimac. Approximately 5 miles out of Merrimac, turn left on Durward's Glen Road (at a wooden sign). Go one mile to McLeisch Road and turn left (at another wooden sign). Enter Durward's Glen at the bottom of the hill on the right.

From the Merrimac Ferry (April-November)
Take Hwy 60 South from I-90/94. Go 8 miles. At the stop light, turn right on Hwy 113 and go 6 miles directly to the ferry. After exiting the ferry, turn right on Hwy 78. Go 5 miles, and turn left on Durward's Glen Road (at a wooden sign). Go one mile to McLeisch Road and turn left (at another wooden sign). Enter Durward's Glen at the bottom of the hill on the right.

From the North: Wausau, Green Bay
Hwy 51/I-39 South, to Hwy 78 South. Take 78 South 7 miles. At Durward's Glen Road, turn right (at a wooden sign). Go 1 mile to McLeisch Road and turn left (at another wooden sign). Enter Durward's Glen at the bottom of the hill on the right. 

From Baraboo
Take Hwy 33 East out of Baraboo approximately 4 miles. Turn right on County Road X. Take the second Right onto Durward's Glen Road. Take Durward's Glen Road for 3 1/2 miles. At McLeisch Road turn Left (there is a wooden sign). Enter Durward's Glen at the bottom of the hill on the right.
