Location: Durward's Glen Retreat Center, W11876 McLeisch Road, Baraboo, WI 53913

Cost Per Vendor Booth: $50 (10 ft by 10 ft space)

Cost for lodging (specify which night): $75

Food/Beverage vendors that provide meals and/or snacks to event will be placed outdoors on the west side of the building (near the barn). Outdoor vendors will need to provide their own tent and tables. Spaces are limited. Vendors must provide a copy of their liability insurance for food sales. Durward's Glen reserves the right to decline a vendor spot.

This is an arts/craft and fall harvest festival. Please, no wholesale or liquidators allowed.

Hours of the festival are from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. You will be able to set up, at your own risk, the day before between 3:00 – 6:00 pm or on the day of the festival starting at 7:00 am. By 9:00 am, all vendors must have their booths in place and vehicles moved. Be respectful of guests and staff in the building and honor these set up hours. PLEASE, no tear down of booths before 3:00 pm on the day of the festival.

Each exhibitor will leave their rented space as found. All garbage shall be taken home with the exhibitor. No electricity will be provided outside unless otherwise arranged. Rain or shine, no refunds. Parking is in the designated vendor parking only.

By signing this Agreement, I assume full responsibility or any injury or loss to me or my property, agents, or employees, by any cause whatsoever while on Durward's Glen property and premises. I agree to abide by the rules set forth and decisions made by the sponsors and management. I expressly release Durward's Glen OLRG, Ltd. from any and all liability or loss or injury.
